We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any part of our products without express written permission.
2. Products and Pricing
- All prices are in UK sterling and are subject to change without notice.
- We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately.
- We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.
3. Orders and Payment
- By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on these terms.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard & Paypal.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be added at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Lightning tree is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit.
- Orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Lightning Tree.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lightning Tree shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or website.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Let us know within three days of receipt if there is a problem with your order by emailing lightningtree@btinternet.com
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
- Items must be unused.
- Please ensure all items are in the original packaging, packed securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
- We recommend that you use insured, registered delivery and keep the receipt.
- We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
- All items returned at your own cost.
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible once checked in our warehouse but always within 14 days.
- Original postage costs on returned items will be deducted from any refund given unless the item(s) are faulty or incorrect.
- Returned damaged items will not be refunded.
DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS
- If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us by email at lightningtree@btinternet.com within 3 days of delivery of the item.
- We will refund postage on the return of a damaged or faulty item.
- We will deliver new parts where possible, exchange the item or refund.
- Risk of damage to or loss of the products will pass to you upon delivery.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
CONTRACT CANCELLATION
- We will make every effort to fulfil your order, however, we reserve the right to cancel at any time and will not be liable to you or any third party.
- We reserve the right to refuse any transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
- If you want to change or cancel your delivery date, you must notify us 4 working days before delivery as orders are collected by our couriers in advance.
CONTENT AND COMPANY COMMUNICATIONS
- Lightning Tree take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, dimensions, images and prices appearing on the Website and in company communications are correct. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission shall be subject to correction without liability.
